Founder Chandler Reed is a fourth-generation Tampa native and a licensed real estate broker. Before founding RPA, he worked at Strategic Property Partners, the developer of Water Street Tampa, and later bought, built, and led an operating company through a sale process, so he approaches every requirement the way a business owner does. He pairs local relationships with AI-driven research and outreach to find tenants, buyers, and opportunities other brokers miss.
